As the Senior Technical Implementation Manager at Inmar Intelligence, I owned the entire process of designing, building and implementing chatbots for client campaigns. I wrote the bot scripts, coded the bots in JSON, and connected them to client social media pages. I also developed and deployed campaign landing pages, set up analytics for performance tracking, and developed client-facing reporting dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
